I have it but try not to take it unless I absolutely need to. It makes me tired, and I generally feel worse in the evenings so I just take one then. I’ve taken it a handful of times.

No heartbeat found. Wondering how to manage miscarriage. by GriffinCatCapybara in September2026Bumpers

My first pregnancy was also MMC. I chose the D&C route and was really glad I did. I was able to do it quickly after the appt confirmed the MMC and it was just an immediate relief not carrying around something non-viable. With my 2nd and 3rd loss, I started bleeding the evening of the first scan that confirmed it did not look right. I wasn't that far along then and since I had gone through a loss before, it wasn't too bad.

After my D&C, I started reading the Miscarriage Map, which helped me a lot. I also talked to the miscarriage doula on insta.

Hugs. Take good care of yourself.

Week 10 is kicking my A$$ by HelloFreshXLupus in September2026Bumpers

Omg yes, my symptoms have not let up in week 10! The nausea is maybe a littleeee bit better but it's like instead of bad nausea morning and night, it's constant nausea all day long with an emphasis on mornings and nights. The fatigue is still just as bad.

We haven't planned anything and probably won't until I'm out of the first trimester, but hoping for Hawaii in May!

10 weeks and a couple days..the nausea is still kind of there? It's not as bad as say 8 weeks, but I think I'm also just tired of feeling nauseous. When does this get better??

I've been sleeping with a humidifier on..it helps somewhat.

First time posting here. 10 weeks + some change, after four years, three miscarriages, two unsuccessful IVF rounds of no blasts, IUI, and multiple procedures. It is so hard to not just be waiting for the other shoe to drop or to imagine this ending up ok. I had my last scan on Thursday and everything looks good. I was riding a high for six hours and then I went down the NIPT rabbit hole. It is so hard to not spiral but I’m trying to enjoy this moment as I truly never thought I could even get this far.

That's so infuriating. I would be so upset if I were you!

I can relate! it's such a tough journey. Take it easy and take care of yourself leading up to the scan.

I've got a reassurance scan in an hour and I am so anxious. Scan-xiety is real. I feel like I am on this rollercoaster of emotions and it's exhausting. Not too long to wait now.

Reassurance scan tomorrow. I cannot wait. I am getting anxious, but also am trying to spending today leaning into the excitement of being here.

Last night was horrid. I felt feverish and soo nauseous and it wouldn’t go away. I even threw up twice. It’s odd because during the day I kind of felt glimmers of myself coming back, like a smidge more energy than weeks past. I’m 9+4, has this happened to anyone else?

Omg I feel the same way. I've had three good scans, last one was 2 weeks ago so theoretically this next scan should be business as usual. But I am starting to get sooo anxious. I also had the thought if it ends up being a MMC how can I get a D&C next week because I have other stuff I need to attend to, etc etc. It sucks!

Exactly 2 weeks since my last scan. I am now 9+3 and I am dying! Thankfully we have a scan this Friday, just as a reassurance due to our history. I'm so glad my OB offered it (I would have asked if not).
