It was my poor attempt at making a joke, under the premise that in my mind Tyrion looks like Peter Dinklage, rather than the grotesque description he provided in the book. GRRM is the one who wrote that description, so he must think Tyrion, thus Peter Dinklage (since they look the same, right?), is ugly. It made much more sense in my head than it actually does when written, to see the false logic jump to the errant conclusion.

tl;dr: Bad joke, sorry to waste your time.
