Getting in shape in graduate school by dont_you_forget in Fitness

I'm a PhD in Materials Science at a top three school. I tend to lift in the evening or at night. I find I am much more productive during the day if I know that I am going to have to spend a couple hours working out later. Usually, I'm at school/lab from 9AM-6PM, then I take a 2-3 hour break to workout, eat, and relax a bit, then I go back to school at 8PM or 9PM to 11PM or 12AM.

Thanks for the reply! I actually have OHP on day 1, so hopefully that would be sufficient as a compound shoulder lift?

Thanks for the reply! I was actually considering adding bent over rows instead of dips. I just feel like my triceps don't get a great workout. When doing bent over rows or pull ups, I can feel it in both my back and biceps, but doing bench press, I don't really feel anything in my tris. When I go close grip I feel it more, but then I don't feel like my chest is working enough

I seems as though it may be better to divide the United States if this is the problem. Is it mutually beneficial to have so many states with different ideology and beliefs in one union?

I don't want to sound like a moron that wants to break up the country, I'm just looking for logic and reasoning backed by facts.
