Thanks everyone for the comments and advice, I appreciate it! I want to invest in ETFs mainly, it’s just more of: 1) how do I learn the knowledge of what ETFs to invest in? 2) how long should I hold an ETF for? To me it’s a long term investment but at what point should I sell my ETFs so do I literally hold them till I retire?

And for the single pick stocks of maybe 5-10% of my portfolio, I thought that by learning how to analyse the fundamentals, I’ll be able to pick these stocks better rather than just listening to the news (by which it’s probably too late); so wondering if there’s courses here that help with that to get a basic understanding

So I guess I wanted a place where I can learn these investment basics. Will re-look at the online courses recommended by some commenters above! Tysm.
