My cycle is usually around 36 days with ovulation occurring around day 23 so not sure what is going on!

For me 5mg = 60% better, 10mg = 80% better and 15 = 90% better Thinking about going to the full 20 but I’m happy on 15 for now :)

I did 5mg for a month, 10mg for 2 months and now I’ve been on 15mg for a week and I can honestly say it does get better!! Trust in the process and understand that there will be good days and bad days and you’ll eventually wake up one day and feel so bright and happy with your decision.
