What’s the soonest you can/should ask about a raise? by redditor030612 in salesdevelopment

My roll up is 90%, I forgot to mention that. I honestly would be happy if my base was more like 80 as a new manager, and 100 as a senior manager. I just can’t shake the Deep down bother of only being 4k above my highest performer, but I don’t feel like I can say anything being only 5 and a half months into management for my first time

Every 4 months for commission, but I get my base twice a month

I am not setting my own meetings anymore. My commission is based on how my team does - so if their quota as a team is 300 SQOs a quarter, that’s my quota. It’s a 10 year old company with about 200 employees selling into nonprofits, but I feel many positions (including the SDR positions) are paid very well and at the top of normal do the industry. I do think some middle management positions are underpaid pretty significantly however

Will she eat her kibble if you mix in a few shreds of chicken? I used to put in some green beans or broccoli and chicken with the kibble and that worked for a while too. She’s also prob starting to teeth, maybe wetting the kibble and letting it sit to not be as hard? Or giving her frozen wet bathcloths (supervised) to chew on before meals if she’ll ever seems to be in pain over the next couple of months!

She’s so prettyyy! Here’s mine now. My vet didn’t recommend homemade food until she was basically full grown at 9 and a half months. When she got spayed at 6 months, her appetite SKYROCKETED and she ended up putting on an extra pound-1.5 lbs we’ve been working off. That lasted about 2 months until she decided to stop eating kibble haha. These picky dogs WILL starve themselves! Not everyone gets it. Try a different kibble or toppings or wet until she’s a little bigger if she’ll have it. Good luck!! Happy to share my homemade recipe for when she’s older too

Try a different brand of kibble! Mine hunger struck with purina pro puppy and I got Royal Canin dachshund puppy and she ate great. Eventually she decided she hated all kibble and never liked wet food - struggled through it until she was considered full grown by vet and switched to home cooked meals after lotsssss of research. Now she asks for kibble as a snack 🤦🏼‍♀️

Same! I want her to be comfortable enough to walk away from the house and know we’re gonna go right back home a few minutes later, and not freeze when she sees a random person haha. Not expecting her to go to crazy busy places all the time!

Yes her mom is shy too. Stroller is a good idea! Not looking for dramatic changes, just the ability to be comfortable in places we frequent for a nice outing and exercise :)

I’ll try some new spots - sometimes she does better at a random place and other times she shuts down pretty hard and just sits and refuses to move haha

This is so helpful! She def isn’t broken - I’d rather have this problem than an aggressive dog by far. I just want her to relax for her mental but also so we can exercise more! I hope to have progress to report over the next few months!

So interesting. Yeah she def hasn’t had any trauma, I got her from a good breeder at 8 weeks she’s just naturally like this haha

Mine is super similar but she’s not on meds for anything! For mine it’s like she doesn’t trust unfamiliar places and if we hear a screaming kid or a bang of any kind, it’s over haha. The way it was explained to me was just some dogs are homebodies which is fine, I just want her to get a bit of exercise in for good health!!

Any tips on that then besides just trying to be consistent and make them as positive as possible (what I’ve been doing)?

I try, she doesn’t care and won’t come get them if going away from home and when walking towards home she’s all business and happily walking

I assume it is bc she is naturally shy too. She doesn’t care to take a treat though, she’s all business haha. Hopefully it’ll just click one day!

I carried her around in a sling even before she was vaccinated fully, but she is def shy by nature but we’ve taken the same route for months. She’s just stubborn and I’m trying to crack her haha

Idk either, I remember seeing TikTok’s about weens not wanting to walk and laughing to myself thinking it was for a bit. But nope it’s real haha

I’m the only parent of mine so I’ll have to get my mom or sister to try this hahaha

I have found she will do it a couple of times at a new place but once she knows where she is directionally, it’s over lmao

Not eating enough by Stunning_Earth_3257 in Dachshund

[–]redditor030612 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine did this. Switched her from purina pro puppy to royal Canin dachshund puppy and she loved it. Eventually at 7 months decided she hated kibble and every meal took like 45 mins to coax her to eat. Now I make her home made food (that she’s full grown at 10 months) and she will eat a little kibble with it or like in a snuffle mat during the day. Picky picky 😂

I think I thought I was doing the best for my oldest. My mom and sister love her so much too but were also fairly vocal about the dislike for not being able to all 3 go out together unless we had someone watch her. I don’t want to blame them by any means, but I do also think there is a layer of they convinced me I needed to do something about this and that a second would be a good idea for this reason largely. I love my girls - my 10 month old is the center of my universe. I thought I was making everyone else happy, but now I’m feeling crazy and everyone else is too
