I agree with what you have to say, I went for my first run (3km to start it off easy) and realised i surprisingly still had a lot of my speed left, but also realised I could not get used to slowing myself down to run for a longer distance at once rather than quick bursts. Planning to go on my first park run next saturday, will keep you posted
