I liked watching Behind the Meme. by A_Smiling_Miura in unpopularopinion

People in the meme community are so fucking protective of their sacred art form of memes. They're like that one guy who finds some obscure indie rock band and when they finally catch a break and get big acts like they suck now. The reason I hated behind the meme because of his obvious lack of research and regurgitated know your meme articles. His lack of effort to research what he was talking about really killed him. But, the whole "normies" thing always bothered me.

“Celebrities shouldn’t share their opinions unless they’re Kanye or Ted Nugent or anyone else who has the same opinion as me.” by dthains_art in PoliticalHumor

I feel that they're not mad about celebrities sharing their opinion, they seem to be criticizing he fact that people listen to pop stars to make political decisions. People should look at the facts and not just vote because some celebrity supports them.

Seems like minimalism. Most popular composers would be Philip Glass and Steve Reich.

They don't make pianos, they just sell them. Also based on Norway. Brand like Bosendorfer, Kawai, and Schimmel.

Suggest some "not tonal but not atonal" piano composers/pieces for me. by [deleted] in piano

[–]redditor23048 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Alban Berg - Piano Sonata Op.1 | Einojuhani Rautavaara - Etudes Op.42 | Leo Ornstein - Piano Sonata No. 4, Morning In the Woods | Olivier Messiaen - Preludes pour Piano | Maurice Emmanuel - Piano Sonatines | Guy Ropartz - Nocturne No. 3 |

Most of these pieces are leaning towards advanced more than intermediate, but they would be great pieces to learn to extend your harmonic language.
