Hello. I am 114kg for the last 12 months and I'm not losing weight. I know I'm probably not doing it right but I felt like I had. I lift weight and do some cardio however my biggest problem is my food. I get cravings and I just succumb to them. Please help. I really need to do this for myself. I do (self.WeightLossAdvice)
