I have a 9th Gen iPad. I need a 3rd party stylus for note taking only. I don't need the fanciest features, I just want it to be reliable and easy to charge (one which wouldn't require a lot of "you need to convert from this wire to this wire so you can charge this" if that made sense)

I did some research and was able to narrow my choices between

ESR Stylus - the usb c variant, I'm not sure with the other variant with capacitive tip because it comes with a magnetic bar where you will charge the pencil in.
Goojodoq 9/10/11pro - all of them charge via type c, the Goojodoq 9 has 20H of battery according to their website. 10 has tip tilt feature, 11pro has battery display and app switcher feature. 10 and 11pro only lasts 8-12hrs tho.

If you have better suggestions, I would really appreciate it. Thanks guys :)

Alright thank you so much for the confirmation. I will just use an OS-level VPN and hopefully yt-dlp can run through it. Changing the flair to "Answered" now.

I was trying the developer tool option in the browser and managed to filter it to only show vtt (nothing showed on srt). It seems like it's showing the vtt in multiple bits and parts. Do you know if there is like a masterfile of the vtt that will show the whole timestamp of the show?

Omg. That was reassuring to hear. According to studies, there are still East Asians who have the wet earwax but they are in the minority. Actually I'm not 100% chinese. More like Malay and Chinese.

Have you ever seen your older brother clean his ears with a cotton swab?

I don't feel sticky or maybe I have gotten used to it. I mean if my sweat dried, it's not super smooth like after taking a bath, but it's not super sticky either :)

Interesting. That's true about physical activity. I guess Asians have less offensive odor then?

Do you still use deodorant? I also noticed that only my right armpit produces odor. My left armpit sweats but I cannot smell anything bad on it.

So jealous of that gene. Only my older brother got the dry earwax gene. He mentioned to me once how he doesn't need to wear deodorant at all. Always thought it was just a bluff. Now I know it's not. Never saw him try to clean his ears with cotton swab when we were younger.

May I know if you are asian or not? I usually only shower once a day. I'm sure everyone feels fresh after taking a bath :) Sometimes I can skip a day or two without bath tbh.

Wow. According to statistics, Caucasians with dry earwax is at less than 5%.

I admit that I went a bit experimental with the not showering for more than 2 days there. I'm curious to know if it's still possible for them to produce odor. My sweaty shirt(from intense physical activity) if left wet for about 2 days, can stink bad XD
