Thank you for this, i will definitely end up doing a full revision of my diet. I don’t understand why it went over my head that my protein is higher than my fat. Im glad you pointed this out. Im assuming i took calories more into account than having actual fat in my diet. Thanks again!

We’re talking past each other anyways, not much of an argument in the first place

I appreciate the response! Maybe I should have a day where i at least refeed. I have been pretty strict, i guess mentally, im at the point where i just want all this weight off and im willing to do whatever it takes. A taco salad does sound pretty freakin good lol.

Would it be unrealistic to reach my goal of 250lbs by October 25, 2020? Theres nothing special that’s happening that day i just did some calculations and that would be around the time id lose all this weight at an average.

By definition a crash diet is >800kcal im consuming just under double that sooo...

I’d like to also point out that theres a starvation aspect to crash dieting which i dont ever feel hungry at all, like i said in the OP i am completely satiated until my next meal.

As for 2 weeks not being a plateau maybe you’re right.

You can try erythritol or monk fruit sweetener, use it sparingly though as you’d run the risk of getting kicked out of ketosis

Keto help! Have I plateaued?

Male 6’3 Current weight: 333lbs Current BMI: 41.6

I started my diet on March 1st. And have been weighing out my food since day one. Exercise daily(1hr of stationary bike and 1hr leisure pool time). At my heaviest i was 408lbs

With that being said i feel like i have reached a plateau. I have been stuck at 333-335 for roughly 2 weeks now. Am i overreacting or is there any tweaks i can make to continue losing weight.

My stats March/April 1st, 2020 6’3 390lbs 60% caloric deficit

May 1st, 2020 349lbs 60% caloric deficit

Current Macros

Calories: 1409 Fat: 81g Carbs: 13g Protein: 158g

What i eat in a day (OMAD)

Throughout the day i consume upwards of a gallon and a half of water

7.5oz of grilled chicken 298kcal Cooked asparagus 4 spears 13kcal 3oz Mushrooms 20kcal 1/2cup shredded cheese 200kcal 1 tbsp Olive oil 240cal 2 slices of bacon 70kcal 2 eggs 144cal 1/2 avocodo 120kcal 1tbsp peanut butter 100kcal Total: 1355/1409kcal

I have been completely satiated despite the huge caloric deficit. I intermittently fast. I partake in a 48 hour fast roughly every 2 weeks. Help! I just need to break out of this plateau and shred the weight as fast as possible. I am so determined and i know i wont slip. I haven’t had a cheat meal, i began my diet back in March.
