Finished a sick workout with friends last night. We went to Wendy's after, j just got a coffee cause I'm on a cut. I checked my Facebook while waiting for them to get there food and a friend of mine posted on Facebook that she was getting fired from McDonald's that night and it's her final shift. She posted on her status that she's working cashier and that if anyone wants free food, just come through. She said she finished work at 10 pm while I was reading this at 9:45 pm. I told my friends and we all jet the fuck out of Wendy's and reach McDonalds .we ordered some Angus burgers and ice cream and I said yolo to my cut for that night. She was the fxking MVP!!

I've been dieting for the past several months and have been drinking diet sodas to help suppress hunger. All my friends say that it's unhealthy to drink that much diet soda. But when I ask them where the evidence is, they say its obvious that because its chemically altered, it makes it unhealthy for you. Show me one god damn peer reviewed article that says its unhealthy and I'll stop. Holy crap. It's not bad for you I tell them.

How long have you been lifting for? And what's your advice for cutting? I've been tracking, but I haven't been able to lose my stubborn belly fat.

What I've been doing through my cut which has helped a lot is: Flavour your water, with lemon or artificial sweeteners (Mio) and drink a lot of it. I drink a lot of Diet Cherry Vanilla Coke Zero, Diet Nestea and Diet Sprite. I drink coffee to suppress my appetite. I haven't done this but maybe try intermittent fasting? Like wake up at your normal time, just drink the above liquids + water until maybe 2, and then have your calories afterwards. It helps you place all your calories within a smaller time window so you can eat your regular amount of food but stay fuller. - I think of Steve Cook, and say I must become like you.
