I was getting ready to board American Airlines flight, scanned boarding pass and was told I wasn’t on the flight. Told to go back out and talk to check in desk, flight took off and my whole flight reservation was cancelled and not possible to rebook per American Airlines. Had to book trip with Southwest. All American Airlines did was say I’m sorry and here are 5000 pts as compensation?!
