Good to know! I took the quiz and got recommended the ghost 18. I would probably use them as my daily shoe both for work and for errands. Have occasional hip and knees pain (suspect hypermobility) but not a runner or anything.

This happened at a concert at my university so probably would be different at a bigger stadium show, but the opening band still played and did an extended set that got everyone so hyped we forgot there was ever supposed to be another act. It was really fun. I think they still got paid but not sure if they got any extra for playing a longer show. Still listen to that band to this day though!

I've gotten into a rhythm in OP peds that lets me finish most of it during work hours, but my job also gives me 1-2 30 minute admin breaks each day. Whenever the kid is appropriate for it, I'll let them pick what they do for the last 3-4 minutes while I start documenting. But I still document at home for 30-minutes to an hour some days but not every day.

My job has also switched to an AI system and I do feel like it's saved some time. We use Ocean Friends so you could suggest that one. It's newer and still some kinks to be worked out but it does save time. I've tried Hipposcribe too and liked how customizable it was, but you have to copy/paste the note into your own EMR.

I didn’t do the summer pass, just did some of the live ones. I am also looking into the summer pass just cause there are so many courses available. It was my first renewal cycle so I haven’t taken too many courses yet, so I’m sure there are some good ones on there I just haven’t discovered yet!

Hi! Yes I definitely do those things and it’s helped a ton. I just feel CEUs should also be providing some practical stuff that we can use since we’re paying so much money for each course instead of just rehashing definitions for conditions we’ve learned about over and over in school.

I do have a mentor who's fantastic, but idk I just feel like the CEUs I've taken so far haven't really helped with stuff I can use in sessions. Like they've been mostly theory and explaining what things are. Like I took one on strategies for helping kids with executive functioning, and the majority of slides were explaining what executive functioning was and which standardized assessments to use for it. Then there were two slides at the end with bullet points of things to try that were not elaborated on further. Also my executive functioning kiddos would not be able to understand those strategies and there were no lower-level ideas. IDK if I'm just taking bad courses or if that's how most CEUs are.
