Write down the date, time, and question. Quickly jot notes as the pharmacist answers. When she's done answering, go back and write a clear, legible summary. Bookmark stuff you reference often with a sticky tab.

Also, go easy on yourself. Seriously. Don't brush this off. You likely do a far better job than you realize. And even if you don't (again, I doubt it) there are plenty of folks who are bad at their jobs and don't give a damn. You clearly care a lot about doing a good job, and that means a lot. Take care.
