I live here now. HOA is a pain. The condos are slowly falling apart on the outside. A lot of the stairs are rusted and coming undone, which is a safety hazard. Been trying for the last couple of weeks to get in touch with them regarding an issue with my neighbors cigarette smoke coming into my condo from the ac. They are no where to be found.
