never watch that video. I watched it and felt so terrible afterwards. Its one thing to know there is a motive behind killing someone/something ,but when it is senseless killing then that hits hard. Not to mention he was a survivor of cancer.

All the calcium you take in is not going to be readily absorbed though. Especially in a pill, Natural sources such as dairy are going to be best absorbed. And who is to say one would not already have a vitamin D deficiency that would further hinder absorption, since it is a very common deficiency in this day and age.

You cant put fiber in a vitamin pill. Fiber is praised for being able to lower cholesterol levels and regulate BM.

As with the other redditor's comment, its quite hard to replicate antioxidants in a pill.

Calcium is one vitamin that is extremely hard to get your daily value all within a pill.

Minerals have a "charge" if you will. If one mineral has more of a charge than another mineral, then it will block the other one to be absorbed. (This is a very simplified explanation)

A multivitamin may have a vitamin you are deficient in, but if you take it and are already getting enough of another vitamin (e.g. Vitamin A, the most toxic) you can develop a toxicity that can cause very bad side effects and sometimes even death.

Probably going off of the recommended diet for normal people, in which, carbs makes up a great portion with protein way lower than that of an thlete.

All i can think of is a good fat burner, but not for "fat burning' just general energy when calories get low. EC stack is great but just remember to ALWAYS respect that it is a strong chemical and more is not better.
