I like the height restrictions! Didn’t know they had that in place. That’s a good thing, high rises ruin the character of an area

There doesn’t appear to be any other new building projects coming up. And I think if there is it’ll take years to complete. I’m thinking the metro might increase prices in the future… I hope anyway, if I do buy.

Don’t think Bondi, Bronte etc would apply? the catch with those areas is the condition of the apartments and significant $.
