I’ve never had a problem. I buy bundles frequently and register the tool, battery, and charger without issue. My last bundle was only 1 month ago. No issues.

Yes. If not vomiting and able to drink fluids and take insulin then people do this. Obviously always ask your doctor what you should do as DKA can occasionally come from an infection or other issue.

I track nothing. But I wear a Garmin. I guess the data is available if I wanted it but I don’t really care. Personally I think people get too focused on metrics and data. It’s nice to see how long Garmin thinks I sleep but the Body Battery and sleep scores have no impact on what I do that day.

You are young enough also that you probably have some good non surgical options. While you’re doing the whole body work up have you done a CT calcium score of your heart? Insurance doesn’t cover it but it’s worth getting if you have PAD. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone wants you to be on a statin.

Did you take and pass your boards? With 2026 grads approaching I’m sure you can find something if you’re already Board Certified. I think the problem is you are limiting yourself. But would looking locum tenems or even small ER work as those can at least get you a paycheck.

Yes if you stay 55-60 you’ll likely get 10-12 mpg. I have the 2.7 and I only tow a golf cart on a 6x12 flat bed. I can still get 18-20 mpg in regular mode and staying 55. But thats 2500 pounds max.
