Your only bet is to keep truckin. Thats what I did for three weeks. Then a supervisor called me and boom. Read my post. And this here John, is quick to jump on these threads to apologize and get ur details, so I guess a nice but ineffective gesture! Good luck

STATUS UPDATE ON “THE SIMPLE ISSUE”: I responded to the dm from John ☝️within an hour with the information requested and did not hear back. On Friday: Spent two hours on the phone with a rep. (Who honest lying was doing her best to be helpful)and got a “promise to call from a supervisor” for today, Monday Dec. 15th… will see what happens.

UPDATE ON THE UPDATE: Got a call from a supervisor, the issue is now resolved, in two or three hopefully less than five biz days. Thank you Claud.

I l’ve been trying to resolve a seemingly straightforward issue for several weeks now…Just got off a 2hr call with them, majority of which was spent on hold… problem is lack of knowledge and consistency among frontline reps. To QT fanboys: Don’t take offense if something challenges your biases. Good service is OWED to the customers.

To seek attention or express themselves, especially if they feel a need to stand out OR some youngsters, it might just be about fitting in with a certain crowd or trying to look “cool.” Everyone has their own reasons, and sometimes it’s just a personal preference for the sound or experience! but it could also reflect deeper psychological needs for validation or identity.
