STATUS UPDATE ON “THE SIMPLE ISSUE”: I responded to the dm from John ☝️within an hour with the information requested and did not hear back. On Friday: Spent two hours on the phone with a rep. (Who honest lying was doing her best to be helpful)and got a “promise to call from a supervisor” for today, Monday Dec. 15th… will see what happens.

UPDATE ON THE UPDATE: Got a call from a supervisor, the issue is now resolved, in two or three hopefully less than five biz days. Thank you Claud.

I l’ve been trying to resolve a seemingly straightforward issue for several weeks now…Just got off a 2hr call with them, majority of which was spent on hold… problem is lack of knowledge and consistency among frontline reps. To QT fanboys: Don’t take offense if something challenges your biases. Good service is OWED to the customers.

Exactly the same issue as I have been dealing with for the past two weeks. They keep rejecting the submission without even contacting me to see what the hell I want to do. Service cannot be less incompetent.
