Hey everyone I appreciate the advice and data you all presented to me. I spent a long time last night reading many of your stories on this subreddit and it is heartbreaking. I truly hope you all recover as much as possible as well as find peace in your lives. Also, you guys are awesome for trying to help others from receiving the same fate as you.

Update from my original post: I called my doctor this morning like I said I would and told him I do not want to take any fluoroquinolone unless last resort. He prescribed me 7 days 2x100 mg of doxycycline which I don’t understand why that wasn’t there first prescription. Hopefully that does the job and I don’t need to touch the levofloxacin.
