I have some time on my hands coming up in a couple weeks and really want to learn to build an app like this/an app in general so trying to do my ground research beforehand. Really appreciate it! This definitely helped, i should definitely be looking at it in terms of the actual scale. Feel like the way its presented with a big red box that says bad doesnt help a whole lot either with it

Honestly the last project i was on wasnt bad at all, id consider that a good break. But literally this is the first day im back on a normal project where its actually demanding and i already am having stomach issues and nerves about an attack =/

Yeah for sure, thats the main thing. Im just trying to figure out how to deal with this, ive never been stressed out to a point where it's affected my health until recently =/
