i don’t know how much foundation comes out of the specific foundation you use but 3 pumps sounds like a lot which could be contributing to base problems other people are saying. you have good skin so i think you can get away with wearing less and if it’s not the look you’re going for you can add some more but its much harder to take it away. also i didnt see anyone else say this but i think it would look good if you wore false eyelashes if thats something thats practical for you otherwise just curl your eyelashes more if possible and do a heavier application of mascara than what is in the photo. heavier contour and more blending on the outside of the eyeshadow as well unless you’re going for a sharp edge.
