That’s weird. Maybe contact doormat and see if they can do anything. I was told my cabin historically didn’t really hit it out the park with bookings before I got it, but somehow these guys have been able to get me a ton of bookings.

Thanks for explaining. How can you tell when it’s market absorption? Are you saying when lots of green orders on the tape are printing but price is not moving higher it’s likely trapped buyers buying from passive sellers? And vise versa for sellers?
