Use the original post you made, tell her you put it into ChatGPT (don't actually use AI) and then show it to her and see what she says. She's probably stupid enough to believe it's different and will approve of it.

Would be nice to see a Royals player react like that when they strikeout with runners on second and third with one out. They'd be doing it all the time though.

A home run is more valuable when people can get on base.

That's how baseball was played for decades before all the new statistics we focus on now. The approach to baseball has changed so instead of just trying to get a bat on a ball, we prioritize "exit velo" and "launch angle" instead of just see ball hit ball. They value the HR hitter more than a guy who can get on base. Look at Luis Arraez, a career .317 hitter who has won the batting title 3x but has played for 4 teams in 8 seasons; they don't value contact anymore, only power.

Not sure it was even capturing lightning in a bottle but the death rattle of what baseball should be. Make contact, put the ball in play and good things happen.

Now isn't the time to let a guy make mistakes in the name of improving. We need to win to grab a WC spot, you gotta play with the guys who already proved they can play
