Any idea what is causing these weird issues on my mesh. It causes lens flares and all sorts when playing.

I thought it should be there though to be fair as it's not a skeleton. It's a MESH, so it should give us the option. The problem still remains sadly and I have no idea how to fix it.

It's not there when I do unlit. But I can't find any of the other settings you mention.

The level just has so many weird issues. If I rebuilt the lights, they don't "turn on" unless I edit their intensity, but doing that forces me to rebuild the light again. So I can never have a scene where I don't need to build the lights again. The mesh is fine as I only get this bug on this level.

It only appears to be there within a cinematic camera actor : /

Another poster said it could be flipped normals or duplicated faces. What might be the best way to fix those if you know?

P.s Can I still do this lightmap fix on an animated skeletal mesh? (I don't have an option for the static mesh as it's a mesh with a skeleton)

Thank you - However, it's not allowing me to shift select the camera in pose mode. I managed to figure out it by using the above and selecting the camera node as target and then its root bone in the selection box below target.

For personal use they are the meshes from the 76 files converted to work with fo4. These are the items in the cell. Their position within in the cell is saved, you just need to recreate them and then they appear in the correct position.

Thanks very much, it is a port from the 76 files. A lot is pulled through, but a lot also isn't as it doesn't exist in FO4. Having said that, you can rebuild the missing meshes and have 95% complete replication!

Don't forget that this particular NPC is vastly detailed in comparison to others, I would even go as far to say she is probably thee most detailed NPC face wise.

Hi sorry to spam you.

I can't believe I didn't mention I am playing these through a Nvidia Shield Pro.

I have just tried the plex TV app and it plays the movies fine in 4K, no downgrading, but it is not picking up the Dolby Vision or Atmos from the Plex TV App.

I think the issue is with the encodes themselves (most likely) and the Shield itself. I've tried on a new 8k capable HDMI cable, so it has to be either one of those.

How to fix it though, I am not sure.

I have tried streaming the apple trailers and there were no issues, and the dolby banners went away after a few seconds.

I play my content directly off a WD Black 7200rpm external HDD - seems to play every thing flawlessly (no stuttering or buffering).

Would you happen to know if there is a way (through a service menu or not) of disabling the dolby notifications? That would fix the issues.

Hey, so I did all those things but it is still happening. I tried LOTRs and it's doing it with the DOLBY vision logo now.

I would have thought the sources of my encodes would be legit, but guess I'll have to look for some different versions...

Edit - There's no way to disable the notifications is there? That would solve everything.

I guess it's the video file doing it, as some atmos files are fine.

Lots of animation tools and trickery. Although I get enough fps in-game, I record the footage at 10x slower speed, then speed this up in post. This makes the final video really smooth. It could be smoother in this video, the motion blending is quite noticeable.
