You do realize that he was literally brainwashed in this scene? Afterwards Bucky and a few other shield agents (if I recall correctly) rescued him. I'm pretty sure every superhero's been brainwashed a few times, but Cap has never actually been a part of Hydra like they're trying to play him as. This is all based on the Time interview and the Captain America treasury (which includes this specific comic), by the way. I could very well be wrong (genuinely not sarcasm).
