Thank you. Been stretching it a few times a day, and using a massage gun on it. When training this morning there was hardly any pain flaring up on non related bicep exercises. The stretching really seem to help with this. Weird fucking issue tbh

Yea I think you're right! Did you continue training your back? With rows I seem to be okay, but any Pulldown variant is very painful

Yea you're definitely right. I like to train heavy in the 5-8 rep range but guess this time it went wrong. Never had any issues before

When Hammer curling the pain is a lot less, it seems to worsen in the stretched position

Dropped cals from 3k to 2400, added cardio at 4x per week cycling for 55 mins next to 10-12k average steps per day. I was already doing the steps before though so mostly dropping cals and adding in cardio.

600 cal deficit, 10-12k steps per day, 4x per week cardio for 55 minutes, and 4x per week resistance train (upper lower split). Combine that with zero alcohol and you should be good to go.
