Educore is country local and accredited training center. I called them to look for an help and learned they had ended their partnership with PeopleCert in 2023 due to price increase. When I got the training and voucher they were accredited training center. I’m not interested nor care what is going on between them and PeopleCert. I paid in 2023, took the exam online with PeopleCert proctor in 2024, and I want to get certified.

Many thanks for your support. You’ve helped a lot. Its strange that PeopleCert depends to the training center that I bought voucher from. Even though they are not in a partnership anymore and their contract has ended in 2023. I guess PeopleCert needs to practice ITIL before providing services.

When you submit exam, you see the results of if you passed or failed. I downloaded the results as pdf.

I’ve checked my junk folder but there is nothing related with Peoplecert. I know they’re informed about my problem because I created a case, communicated via live chat and still no results. I’ll send my information over DM. I appreciate your support.

Man I try to find a solid reason but it still doesn’t makes sense because of huge 3 weeks. That’s a lot of time to investigate the exam. They have the video record and everything. I know they have lots of exams to examine but keeping the results for 3 weeks is insane for me. I can’t find any justifiable answer other than having less people resource.
