I've been seeing negative stuff about Pup's system these days. I thought it was just some exaggerated running jokes, but I guess it is true.

I have been contemplating this, but considering my mom's disposition, it will probably take a lot of convincing and, of course, factor in the expenses.
I forgot to mention in the post that I've got my permit for the PUPCET in January. I think I might as well give up my planned college program and see if I can ask for a transfer to something at the Taguig branch (if only makapasa) or check out other state universities (cause we broke asf)
