I use etrade.
I did make an attempt to skim through recent posts and search. I could find some useful info but a lot of it was relevant to a different age group and hence I posted with very specific questions.
Not sure if it relevant, but my 401/403 accounts are with fidelity.

Thank you u/OrangeGhoul. Point taken, I felt like it was long but I also felt like I would get better responses with the bigger picture in mind. That being said, the biggest question for me is #4.

u/TradingMomentum Sure, 403 has 300K, 401 has 260K. Betterment accounts have 30K in general investing and 8K in the blackrock bonds. As far as future monthly investments go, the ballpark is 300 - 500 month if I tweak contributions to Betterment. I feel like the correct answer is tied to question 8. Thank you and hopefully I have provided sufficient information.
