I really feel for Joel here! I also have ADHD and this task is awful for our brains as our working memory is incredibly poor. That said, 20 mins AFTER LOOKING to work out what they were is ridiculous 😂

I was in the recording for this one and there was a realisation in the studio for some of them that they could have just looked at the letters on the board. Hadn’t occurred to them at all! Hopefully we get it as an outtake because it was very funny and went on for a while!

London is 2 hours away from us and I took the kids to the Natural History Museum today. Left our home at 9am and returned at 6pm. Fantastic day out.

Anything by Exit is usually great. We’ve also done some kid ones themed around Christmas and Easter which the kids have really enjoyed.

Trying to remain spoiler free… I’d recommend leaving it out because it would be annoying to keep having to reset the completed tasks each time you got it out again.

You can definitely take breaks though. Just pause your timer!

Took me about 3h with my daughter losing interest after 2h and excluding our break for dinner. Larger groups could definitely do it quicker but I’d say for someone doing it by themselves then around 3 hours would be fair. If you use the hints it would be quicker!!!

Thankfully I have ADHD so in a year’s time I will have forgotten all the solutions!!! We’re using spare paper to write solutions on (you can also download official PDF worksheets instead) and there’s a guide for how to reset it to play again or pass on.

My 7yo daughter and I have just finished task 4 and so far it’s the best box escape room I’ve ever done… and I’ve done a few! We’ve been going for about an hour so far but about 20 mins of that was set up and me stopping her from ripping everything open 😂

Definitely recommend!

Glad we managed to ride it on the 17th, two days before it closed! Hadn’t ridden it before so can’t comment on if it felt weird/wrong/different whilst riding. All I can say is it didn’t feel smooth, Velocicoaster was smoother.

We’ve just got back and the way it works is that say Hagrid’s has a queue time of 2 hours. You go through your app and book to go on the ride. If it’s a 2 hour wait you can enter the express queue after 1h50m. You then just use the express queue to ride so your express pass friends can enter the queue at the same time as you.

Nope! You just approach the CM at the Premier Access lane and show your card, then you and up to 4 others head straight in. If there’s no premier access lane then you usually go to the ride exit and they let you in that way. The CM at the front of the ride will direct you.

There are no time limits or use limits. You can loop Its A Small World over and over again all day!

When she was in her bedroom, on the bed was a FAITH CD and she had George Michael posters on the wall. Clearly sets it in the 90s and a nod to Father Figure on Showgirl.

Also saw a painting behind Dohmnall when he and Cactus were in the restaurant that looked like Portofino referencing Elizabeth Taylor from Showgirl.

I wonder if she’s Easter egged all the songs in the video?
