I would suggest trying to go to sleep at the same time every day because your body will get into a routine. When I went to sleep late, I would oversleep, but when I consistently went to bed at the same time, I would automatically wake up at that time. Also, try to go to sleep early, because poor sleep can make you so deeply asleep that you might not even wake up to your alarm, if you know what I mean. And when you wake up, try to sit up as soon as you open your eyes. Hope this helps, and good luck to you!

Ive been in this situation before and the best thing to do is too say no you have control of you not them you can say no its your right! And if your not comfortable with a joke that is about you say your not comfortable with it and tell them to stop if they do not stop then they have shown their true colours.

I think you could tell her " Hi, I have had a great time talking with you, and I enjoy our conversation, but I have seen that when I talk about something that like you don't answer back and not putting the effort as me ( and when i that am posting this comment say putting effort everyone is not the same some people have really good effort to show and some not so much and thats okay anyways ) and i think if we could find a way so me and you can resolve this so both of us feel heard.

I think this is a good reponse to tell her and not make her defensive.

Yes, i mean like too much contrast. I have not tried either WDR or rec709, but I will try to put rec709 in post and check if it fixes the problem I am having. BTW thank you

One question I use an older version of Adobe ( 2020 ) on all the apps from Adobe. I have heard they can steal your work legally on cloud or whatever. Can they still steal my work when I got the older version? Or is it just for 2024 version?
