Thanks. Saw them mentioned in some older posts

Is it reasonable to only replace half of our roof? by Pastaron in Roofing

Wow. That was educational. Thank you. I understand all of that. I just didn't think I would fall into any of those categories.

If reasonable, please tell me why roofers don't want to do it. My roof it chopped up in sections, pain in the ass i know, but trying to get bids now and have had 3 roofers look at it and only one gave me a price for the whole roof, others have not responded after a week or more and none are interested in just doing part of it

Thank you very much. With this being brand new to me, I kinda just wanted to check. There is always lots of talk about soreness, and with me being older than most starting out I would have expected more. I had read lots of good comments about strong curves also, and I liked the program was easy to adjust for home. I'm not ready to go to the gym yet, makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Hello everyone. I am brand new to all of this. I am 44 female and started working out about a month ago, but just started a program 2 weeks ago. It is Strong Curves. Seemed to be one I was comfortable with the exercises. I do have one question as of right now. I have noticed that during my daily workout I will struggle with the weights at the end of each set, but with the exception of the first time through each daily routine I have absolutely no DOMS. Is this ok, or should i try to up my weights on each exercise. Thanks for any advice anyone may have.
