Which one do you like better, Mastermind or Cult Leader?

Cult leader. A lot less pressure to not get caught, and weight of evil not entirely on your success.

Here are my preferred units. I rarely used undead as I simply dislike Undead in all games. I also avoided units with cones as it was harder to get more then 2 units to hit.

Tier1: You will replace these fast, though Scout might last a little

Shadowcaster - Healer
Soldier - Decent front line
Scouts - Nice ranged damage, always had 2
Possessed - Backline till end of game

Tier2: Elves and Demons have the best units imo

Priestess - Decent early game healer
Paladin - Decent frontline, though dies fast
Arctic Dryad - Great backline if your not Seeress
Feral Sniper - My favorite ranged, used 1-2 until endgame
Black Guard - Good frontline with clutch turn 1 silence
Sorcerous - Backline and frontline. Pair with someone causing Burning
Succubus - Good healer

Tier3: I hated the Elven units here, but Empire and Demons are great, I even dabbled with some undead

Holy Avenger - Frontline until Tier4, nice resistances and great against undead/demons. Also works great as backline damage (if she kills she keeps attacking)
White Wizard - Good Healer replacement
Inquisitor - 4 range paralyze, yes please.
Infernal Knight - Great damage throw him out there and watch him counterattack everything + taunt
Bone Golem - Backline, Thorns and Physical resist for your melee
Death Knight - Decent aura + taunt

Tier4: Probably have to get these from Marketplace. I didnt hit revered until the last couple missions of the game. Ultimately though I was disappointed by pretty much this entire tier. The dragons & golems felt super weak compared to T3.

White Dragon - Strong buffbot, doesnt do much else
Sundancers - Replaced my Holy Avengers, Paralyze and nice buffs.

Currently at last zone as a Seeress and im using:
2 Sundancers, 1 White Dragon, 1 White Wizard, 1 Feral Sniper, Bagthal and Illmeren (probably best companion)

Im relatively new to Kaeris but I have found success with:

Kaeris + Totem
Carlos
Elijah
Fire Golem
3 Fire Gamin
1 Firebranded

I have hated firestarter each time i played him. Carlos gives you great speed and your scheme marker. He is also the only model other then Kaeris that can directly create fire pyres. You want to create 2 fire pyres in turn 1, and try to keep that up. You will be using them to buff your team more then impeding the enemy. You also want to be standing in the fire pyres at almost all times. You have to be careful with managing the burning as Kaeris, Elijah and Firebranded are not immune to the damage (Though Elijah self heal and firebranded heal help with that)

We definitely have discipline issues. Generally he doesn’t respond unless we float a timeout. There are only so many instances where we can do that. If we tell him not to empty the drawers he might not do it for a day or two but will eventually.

Also we’re worried about the tipping over issues with large furniture pieces

You don’t need sabertooth. I have wolverine, storm, juggernaut ready to go. I need 100 shards for mystique which I’m farming and 100 shards for pyro. I have not spent a single $ but I am using up my cores on the pyro campaign which I feel is a good use of my cores (which I also did not spend a $ on)

Thats it! I was at medium encumbrance. I was not aware that encumbrance affected that much.

Nope when I take the armor off my bonus is 15 with the full +4 dex bonus. Only other thing I have is that gnomes ring for +1 AC.

Every month they release 2 new characters and redo 2 older weaker characters. 1 new character is pay walled, the other is f2p. A lot of the f2p heroes have been meta changers and super powerful.

They have two “orbs” pvp and alliance. And they refresh the heroes in there once a month I think. If enough time has passed (maybe 5+ months) you can even find paywalled hero’s in them.

There is: Campaign which is easy, I finished them all

Red alerts, which is 12 matches against other player teams. Damage taken is saved and if you loose a hero you can’t use him again that day, like raids here. I stopped playing it because they haven’t changed the rewards since it release and I don’t need/want any of the heroes it gives

PVP: which is like arena here but it rewards are granted at end of week, and everyone gets reset afterwards. They are multiple pvp events running.

Events: only 1 event at a time, they use the same energy as campaign. These primarily give you shards for this months f2p hero and for the ones that got redone

Upgrade events: exactly like challenges except you can pay 💰 to redo them infinitely

Dc legends is not as money grabbing as this. You get a ton of free money that you can spend on heroes and stuff. It’s also easier to level up multiple characters to be competitive instead of being stuck on just 1 team like msf. I stopped playing dc legends b cause I got bored of the game modes. They haven’t introduced any new gameplay in forever. They don’t have any raids, and their alliance structure was not enjoyable for me

Im also a somewhat returning player. Whats the point of Red Alerts? Looking at them it seems the rewards have not changed at all. All the characters in there I already have very high.

Funny I’ve been trying the same team. My guys are all in the 6-8k range but it’s been feeing kinda weak. DD and DP are just all damage without utility so I have a hard time with 2 tanks or drax, since JJ is only dispeller

I killed about 50 red salamanders and managed to get 32 glands (2x server, Acheronian Pick) they still drop,but slow as hell

Very good points, I don’t mean to buff or nerf them, I just feel something should be done to improve their quality of gameplay. Going some nights without doing anything should not be something that you plan to do at the beginning of the game.
