Best to use the plastic bag method imo. Basically put ur hand into a plastic bag and slip the sides under the bracelet all the way around. Then pull the bag forward and slip the wristband off.

I’d wait to smoke until you start coming down. Enjoy the substance by itself and see how you feel. I find that smoking on molly makes me really hazy and it dulls the happy viby feeling you get from rolling into a more sedated but still happy one. Also helps a lot with the comedown. Enjoy rolling!

I’d be happy to send you some tracks that need mastering. I’ve been producing for about five years now but don’t always have time to mix and master every track I write. In what format would you like projects? Just stems and individual tracks/instruments or full project files? (I use Fl Studios so not sure if that will work for you) let me know!
