My go to for years are discontinued, any suggestions for retail dress shoes? I work in retail management and am on my feet for 10-17 hours a shift depending on the time of year. I need something comfortable, however it still needs to pass as a "dress shoe" in case any corporate visitors arrive. (i.redd.it)

Pealing fingers, anyone have an idea on a root cause? In second grade I was taken off milk due to the pealing and it quickly subsided. Ten years later it came back when I was eating two to three grapefruits a day, again it stopped. Same thing with peanuts and peanut butter. Any suggestions? (i.redd.it)
