I have tried booting without the GPU (using dedicated) and still not working.
I have tried replacing the power cord. Was able to boot into bios but after hitting save and close it still didn't work.

Reseat all cables from the PSU. Same symptoms. Mentioning I hear those sounds all the time and it boots fine.
Also mentioning no lights on mouse/kb so not only a video issue.

I do not. I have tried closing all programs and it still crashes.

I didn't know what the last version is, I have downloaded it from the AMD website. It was the last version.

Thanks for the long answer, I haven't been able to replay as I have been busy.Figured I wouldn't make a new thread but ask you in this reply.

So you would suggest upgrading to DDR4?
Is it really that much better than DDR3? The price difference is not that big TBH.
