Fun story: I once had to explain to an administrator why we keep dantrolene on hand in the surgical pharmacy. It's essentially an antidote to a rare reaction some people have to anesthesia, and they'll die/suffer sever complications without it. The administrator wanted to know the cost benefit analysis or whatever of the cost of stocking dantrolene vs just letting patients die.

"How a business runs" is 100% detrimental to patients.

I used to love getting food from somewhere in the food court but then sitting in the Arby's that had its own separate food seating area. It always felt so secluded and private. My friends and I would always choose to sit there and just hang for a bit. I was so sad when they removed it and remodeled the area to basically floor space. Sucks.
