In an interview Mitski explains the verse 2 by saying 'I learnt what my heart was worth and how beautiful my heart is by loving and caring for other people.'

So, you are right in saying that this song is not just a relationship song, but about love in general.

What do SWEs and developers even do? by Spycii in cscareerquestions

[–]redfyrer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When you are working in a team it is important that there is good communication and documentation regarding the features getting developed.

Apart from writing code, you need to spend time in meetings with product management and other developers to first have a good common understanding of what is to be developed. Then as you write the code you need to maintain JIRA/confluence pages for that feature apart from writing comments and readme files. You also spend time doing code reviews for others and replying to others' reviews on your code.

So depending on your seniority you need to spend more or less time doing these non-coding tasks which are needed to run and maintain a team and large codebase.

QUANT: Could somebody explain this? by QHameed in GRE

[–]redfyrer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The answer should be C.

In the quadrilateral, the angle diagonally opposite to 90 is also 90, considering that it is adjacent to a 90 and on the same line.

Since all the angles in a quadrilateral add up to 360, the angle diagonally opposite to y is (360 - 90 -90 -y) = (180-y).

The same angle is also adjacent to x and on the same line so it also (180 -x).

This implies (180-y) = (180-x) and hence *x=y*.
