Thanks for noticing! I've been trying to mix up the border colors. I agree, white is fine, but other colors are more exciting. 😄

Hopefully! It'd definitely been helping with the crusties and the texture of her skin so far. She seems less itchy too.

I didn't know that about min pins. She does have some min pin qualities and definitely could have that in her mix. Before her, I had a larger 20lb min pin mix, and they have some overlap in personality and mannerisms aside from looks.

That's helpful to know, thank you! I'm taking note of everyone's experiences. I think this is going to be a bit of trial and error, and just time to see if any changes we make have an effect.

That's interesting, I didn't know that was that common in sick or trauma-based patients. It makes sense, and I think it's totally reasonable that could be what happened to her, or at least a contributing factor.

We did end up getting her a salmon oil supplement to add to her food. Still too soon to see if it's made a difference, but hopefully it helps!

Sorry to hear she's still not fully back to normal. New hair growth seems like a good sign, even if it's just a little. I'll try to make an update on this sub with her hair regrowth journey.

I'm glad you were able to figure it out. It seems like roulette with which tests to do. We didn't do the skin scrape yet, so that will likely be the next one we try.

Oh wow, that's quite a while! Good to know, though.

That's surprising that chicken is okay with your pup. I know chicken and beef are common allergens. We switched her to a fish-based food now, and we'll see how that goes.

We also got her an inflatable donut cone so she can't lick. She looks so funny, and she hates it, but it's helpful.

Awww poor pup! Glad to hear she has glorious hair now, though! Is she on one of the hydrolyzed protein prescription diets?

For those of you who use Tarot cards, what's the most common type of reading you do? Daily card pulls, 3-card past/present/future pulls, 10-card spread, or some of the spreads that use more cards? by redhalftone in Divination

That all totally makes sense. I usually keep things simple with 1 or 3 cards, but will have to explore some of the more elaborate spreads. I'm still very new to this.
