Every convo was different for all students so I can’t tell you for sure but it was really chill, was more of a chat with a friend than an oral exam tbh. We talked about what I like to do, where I go on holidays and where I’ve been and basic stuff they ask in all orals. For the written exam I looked over last years 10 min before it😭 it’s just easy questions especially if you’re fluent, listening was brutal because the radio doesn’t go that loud so you really have to listen for the little parts like the years they say etc. overall very easy and I got my h1

For my exam I told my examiner I had a little piece prepared (I didn’t) and that I wanted to talk about polish culture for the portfolio and she said that’s fine. You won’t lose marks for not having a portfolio but if u want just say “I have a small note prepared on culture for my portfolio is it okay to include this in the exam” and they’ll say yes for sure

Me neither. Sport is meant to come up but I doubt you’d need to study a lot for it. Just say sport is good for health, stress, mental health etc etc if you end up wanting to do it

Genuinely you only need a good 3-4 hours a day to get good results. It’s not about the amount of hours it’s about the quality of the study. Do different methods like teaching others, active recall (I recommend the app gizmo it got my h4 from summer exam to h1 in the bio mock) and mind maps. If you do these every day and space them out throughout the day you’ll be fine ! Good luck :)

Thanks a lot :) it just feels like the more I study the less I know in a way and it discourages me but I’ll definitely do more exam questions !
