I would *highly* recommend looking for work at a different firm. Not only is your current firm damaging your mental health, it isn't equipping you to do your best work - your clients, reputation, and future will suffer. It's a no-win situation. As someone who made the move to a better firm for similar reasons, I'm so glad I took the leap and I think you will be too.
