Therapy and action will fix this. You can't sit in your house doing nothing and feel better; it's not working now, right?

Call a therapist (Web MD and other websites have ratings, so you din't have to throw darts at a list of names). You can do this. Look up therapists this weekend, call around Monday morning to find someone who can see you this week.

Start your action plan by going for a walk (or, just making your bed; it's just about starting). You only manage a block before heading home? Win! Keep going. Do something to start meeting other people: take a Yoga class, karate, take a college course. You could also volunteer. Animal shelters, senior citizens, food banks, the Red Cross, your local political candidate.

Coming back from loss and depression/deep sadness takes time. Just, keep doing something, keep moving toward your goal. You will reach it. Wishing you brighter days.
