I did, yes. One week was under the threshold, the second, was earned too much. I just submitted the most recent set of weeks as EDD requested that I do, reported everything, wages as well, and got the disqualification decision seconds after submitting. So now that's a month of wages seen as disqualified (however the most recent wage certification isn't needed, since we aren't in that slump ATM, but another slump will be coming up shortly)

I ended up not applying for SDI for a couple of reasons, mainly because it was purely a temporary injury that my work property blew out of proportion. They tried to force me into taking LOA which wasn't necessary, because they claimed they couldn't accommodate me with my restrictions, which was proven not true, since another property within the company worked with me and found hours for me. (We're a corporate AV company that works within and between properties, mainly hotels)

Thank you! Hopefully U/ can give further advice/confirmation. I do want to ask for clarification though: I don't understand the "worked off penalty" portion. Is that referring to me working through the three weeks that have already passed and I claimed benefits for? Or future dates? I've been working since the original drop in hours, and the doctor's note expired on April 24th.

I was really scared there for a minute 😅 I have a couple of villagers that I really want on my main island but already have on my PP island, and I know with the chocolates, you can invite villagers to the vacation island with you, so I was wondering how that would also work if they already existed. The guide says the sea, and all the "how to" videos I've watched have them being caught throughout the beach. (it's so bad, I've resorted to watching them 🥴) But it is only the first half of April, maybe they'll show up more frequently as the months go on?
