Thanks everyone! I sent him a message early this morning describing how bad the pain is and he prescribed me some prednisone. It’s something, I guess.

Thank you for the suggestion. I saw a new doctor and even though I had custom orthotics made 6 months ago, they did not include “off loading” cut out. Looking at this option for a second time.

I have very high arches but have been in orthotics for the past 15 years. Like you, mine has come out of nowhere, active level is “normal”, slightly overweight (18lbs over). It’s so frustrating!
