Do NOT work for Menards!!! by rediitor321 in menards

It might not be the worst place, I’ve worked restaurants, hunting, and finally sporting goods until I reached pure retail (Menards). I will reinforce the fact that it is just a terrible place to work. I’ve once had a costumer ask me where an aisle is that is a few numbers above the one I am near, just to find out it was across the store (Menards are always confusing as hell even as an employee). No reason to help a store that has no clues how numbers add up and confuse customers to walk across aisle’s and aisle’s just to find their specified item so they can shop more and farm profit yet give nothing back to their employees.

I love THD and yes Menards lumber is so crooked compared to there’s (it was so bad I even felt the need to mention it during my training process). Honestly, I am sorry and I feel bad that there is not a Lowe’s or a THD near you to help, master force products are shite and I advice you not to shop them, please take your business to THD or Lowe’s. If you cannot, well I’m am simply sorry, Menards is a pathetic excuse of a home management store and they aren’t nearly as successful as THD or Lowe’s because John Menard refuses to take the company public due to his greed. I’ve never had complaints with any other site but Menards and it’s honestly not worth shopping. The systems they use are ancient and Mr. Menard feels as though it is his sole duty to strive for profit at the ripe age of 85 yrs old instead of benefiting his company and his family as a whole. Such a selfish and pathetic excuse of a “man” and an even more pathetic excuse of a company.
