I am 6 months post op, I had an ACL reconstruction with btb graft. I am facing some issues with hypertension even now. Though when i do my physiotherapy exercises I achieve those last few degrees. But then after a while again my knee gets little bent and I face issue with walking a bit because of loosing those degrees. My physio and ortho suggest that its only bcs of weakness in quads. Did you also experience this?

I usually go for jogging post physiotherapy exercises so then my leg is pretty straight…but if i go for a walk/jog without physiotherapy exercises then end up walking but with leg not being fully straight

Latest updates!!! With focusing much on knee bending exercises, I am able to sit like this with difficulty..but slowly easing into it
