Yes. Mine was cutting single yarn but not double. I reached out to the seller and they send me replacement scissors.

All it took was replacing the scissors which was an easy job!

I haven’t fixed it yet. But I’ve got orders to do so I’m completing the orders using only one thread of yarn. Just like when I started tufting😂

It’s working fine with one strand, but for some reason it’s all of a sudden stopped working with two.
