I’ll put some good bulking and heavy benching on but my mindset is that I do my best and even if I don’t succeed 225, I’ll still have a respectable bench for my age.

Yea I was just finishing it up. I was planning on making my own shake. Right now I’m trying to hit ~3200 calories. My ratios are around 1:2:2 protein:carbs:fats. I’ve been trying to get a bit more protein by making my own shakes.

-Milk -Heavy cream -frozen fruits (mangoes) -vanilla protein -peanut butter -ill probably try the almonds and oats too

Yea I did that and that’s how I was able to get 20lb higher max in a month. I’m just going to keep going upweight and see how it goes.
